Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your new jewelry! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must meet the following conditions:
  • Unworn & Original Condition: Items must be free from scratches, wear, or alterations.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including pouches or boxes.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards and customized/personalized pieces are also final sale.
Return Process
  1. Submit a Request: Contact us at hamza.kiyani@msofficial.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Get Your Label: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address or a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Ship It: Securely pack your items and ship them back to us within 7 days of receiving your return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned jewelry, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use a prepaid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every piece before it ships, but damages can happen in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hamza.kiyani@msofficial.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will happily replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
